Fulfillment and Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. If for some reason we are not able to fulfill your order within this time frame, you will be notified via the email provided at checkout with updated ETA and options.  We use all the major carriers for shipping and can only be responsible for your order until it is dropped off at the shipping facility.  Once a tracking number is issued please contact the shipping provider with any questions or concerns.  If you wish to purchase shipping insurance for your order please note that in the comment section at checkout and you will be contacted with price.  Product of Grace Boutique can not be held responsible for items missing or damaged in transit.
